Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician with at least 1 year experience in a salon setting to join our team (full-time COMMISSION BASED SALARY). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of esthetic services while promoting products and treatments that enhance the overall client experience. Your expertise will help clients achieve their skincare goals and maintain their beauty routines.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare products and treatments.
• Utilize Millennium software for appointment management and client tracking.
• Engage in retail sales by recommending products that align with client needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and work areas.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments.
• Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client testimonials, and showcase results.

Skills

• Proficient in performing Botulinum toxin treatments (if applicable).
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Knowledge of deep tissue massage techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online.
• A proactive approach to learning new techniques and improving service offerings.
