Blessed Beauty is a fast-growing, faith-based beauty and skin studio looking for a Licensed Esthetician to join our team in a part-time to full-time role, depending on availability, experience, and fit.

About the Role

This can be a part-time to full-time position depending on the candidate’s availability, experience, and fit within the brand.

The ideal candidate is available for two weekends per month, one evening per week, and the rest of the schedule can be build around your availability

Estimated start date: end of June to July 1.

You will be performing esthetic services, following Blessed Beauty protocols, helping maintain the studio experience, and contributing to the growth and excellence of the brand.

For the right person, this role has potential to grow into a larger position and future lead esthetician opportunity within Blessed Beauty.

Training

Training will be provided by Tiffany Moynihan, owner of Blessed Beauty and creator of the studio’s signature protocols.

You will be trained in Blessed Beauty’s unique facial methods, treatment flow, client experience, and protocol style. These treatments are designed to combine visible skin results with nervous-system-centered care, facial massage, lymphatic support, and a luxury client experience.

We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, coachable, and willing to follow established protocols while growing their own confidence and skill set.

Services and Skills

The ideal candidate should be confident or willing to grow in customized facials, corrective skin treatments, acne support, pigmentation support, rosacea support, sensitivity and barrier repair, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED therapy, facial massage, lymphatic drainage, sculpting and lifting facial techniques, nervous-system-centered client care, and luxury client experience.

Blessed Beauty’s signature protocols and advanced treatment style will be trained, but applicants should already have a strong foundation in esthetics, sanitation, client care, and skin health.

Responsibilities May Include

Responsibilities may include performing facials and skin treatments, following Blessed Beauty protocols exactly, creating a safe and nurturing high-end client experience, maintaining proper sanitation and treatment room standards, cleaning, laundry, restocking, room setup, supporting studio flow and daily operations, light content support such as photos, videos, or behind-the-scenes moments when needed, and representing the Blessed Beauty brand with excellence and care.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Georgia esthetician license, strong sanitation standards, professional appearance and communication, availability for two weekends per month and one evening per week, reliable transportation, willingness to learn and follow protocols, and a passion for serving women through beauty, skin health, and intentional care.
