Job Overview

Arielle’s Aesthetics is growing, and we’re looking for a Licensed Esthetician who is passionate about skincare, client care, and professional growth.

This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience, enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, and is willing to contribute to the daily operations that help a spa run smoothly.

Duties

• Provide a wide range of esthetic services including facial treatments, waxing, lash lifts, and brow lamination to meet clients’ individual needs.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and home care tips to promote long-term skin health.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that align with clients’ goals while providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain treatment rooms and common areas to the highest standards
• Assist with front desk, client communication, and daily spa operations as needed
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from start to finish

Qualifications:

• Active Florida esthetics license
• Strong passion for skincare and helping clients achieve their goals
• Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to receive feedback and implement it effectively
• Flexible availability
• Experience is welcomed, but we also encourage newer estheticians with a strong work ethic, professionalism, and desire to grow to apply. We can teach protocols, techniques, and systems. What cannot be taught is initiative, integrity, and a genuine desire to care for others.

Pay: $14.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
