Position Overview

Felico at Frenchy's is seeking a passionate, skilled, and client-focused Licensed Esthetician to join our luxury beauty boutique in Seattle's Madison Park neighborhood. This part-time position is ideal for an experienced professional who is dedicated to delivering exceptional skincare services, personalized client care, and elevated retail experiences.

As an Esthetician at Felico at Frenchy's, you will provide customized facial treatments and advanced aesthetic services while educating clients on skincare solutions tailored to their individual goals. You will serve as a trusted beauty advisor, helping clients discover and experience our curated collection of luxury skincare, makeup, and fragrance brands.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, results-driven, and enthusiastic about building long-term client relationships. They possess strong technical skills, a passion for continued education, and the ability to thrive in a boutique environment where personalized attention and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State Esthetician License required
• Proven experience providing professional skincare treatments and aesthetic services in a spa, boutique, or luxury beauty environment
• Strong client service, consultation, and relationship-building skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Demonstrated ability to recommend and sell skincare products and treatment plans based on individual client needs
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, client-focused environment
• Knowledge of luxury skincare, cosmetics, and fragrance brands is preferred
• Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods

Technical Skills & Service Expertise

Proficiency in the following services is required:

• Dermaplaning
• Lash Lift and Tint Services
• Classic and Volume Lash Extensions
• Sugaring and Waxing
• Facial and Body Hair Removal
• Customized Facial Treatments
• Skin Analysis and Treatment Planning
• Client Education and Home Care Recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with luxury skincare and beauty brands
• Passion for advanced skincare techniques, ongoing education, and industry trends
• Strong retail sales background with the ability to build client loyalty and drive repeat business

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
