Licensed Esthetician

Spa Haus Nashville is hiring...and we're looking for the one.

We're an award-winning, independently owned day spa in Berry Hill, and we're not filling a room. We're building a career home for an esthetician who is serious about their craft, committed to their clients, and ready to grow inside a team that invests in them.

Who We're Looking For

You are a licensed Tennessee esthetician with at least 2 years of spa experience who brings confidence, warmth, and professionalism to every single service. You don't just perform treatments...you build relationships, create skincare routines, and genuinely love educating clients on the products that will get them results.

You are highly skilled and confident in:

• Facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments
• Microneedling
• HydraFacial & Glacial
• Full-body waxing, including Brazilians
• Dermaplaning
• Lash lifts and tints

Not proficient in every service on this list? That's okay, but you must be a fast, eager learner who takes initiative. We provide thorough training, and we expect you to show up ready to absorb it and put it into practice quickly. A growth mindset isn't optional here; it's part of the job.

You understand that retail is part of the service, not an add-on. Our estheticians are expected to meet a minimum 20% retail-to-service sales ratio monthly. This isn't pressure; it's a reflection of truly caring about your clients' results between visits. If retail education is something you love, you'll thrive here.

Experience with brands like PCA, Epionce, Hydrinity, EltaMD, Skinbetter Science, HydraFacial, or Glacial is a plus, but not required. We provide full brand training for the right person.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
