Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser procedures to improve skin health and appearance.
• Conduct body waxing, hair threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup application to meet individual client needs.
• Provide professional advice on skincare routines, product recommendations, and cosmetic procedures tailored to each client’s skin type and concerns.
• Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Manage medical records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems, documenting treatments, client preferences, and progress notes.
• Educate clients on proper skincare techniques and post-treatment care to maximize results.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and services by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Licensed Esthetician with a valid license in good standing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control protocols, and safety standards within esthetic services.
• Familiarity with cosmetology techniques including makeup application, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading.
• Understanding of color theory for makeup application and skin tone analysis.
• Experience operating EMR systems for accurate record keeping.
• Ability to perform advanced treatments such as esthetic laser therapy, dermabrasion, and medical records management related to skincare procedures.
