Position Overview

As a Licensed Esthetician at Revive, you will provide customized treatments, build meaningful guest relationships, educate clients on skincare and wellness, and contribute to a positive, professional culture. Ideal candidates are motivated, dependable, coachable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service and results.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional esthetic services including facials, body waxing, lash lifts & tints, body treatments, and additional services based on training and certification
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment recommendations tailored to each guest’s goals
• Educate guests on home care, skincare products, treatment plans, and long-term skin health
• Maintain exceptional sanitation, infection control, and treatment room standards
• Deliver a welcoming, elevated guest experience from start to finish
• Recommend retail products and treatment plans that genuinely support guest results and wellness goals
• Collaborate with the Revive team to maintain a positive, supportive work environment
• Participate in ongoing education, training, and skill development opportunities
• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and industry advancements

Qualifications

• Current Alaska Esthetician License required
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• Passion for skincare, wellness, and continued education
• Ability to build trust and long-term guest relationships
• Understanding of sanitation and infection control standards
• Experience with retail recommendations and treatment plan education preferred
