Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and professional Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. This role involves not only performing esthetic services but also engaging with clients to enhance their experience and promote our offerings. The job is part-time. We are hoping to add to our staff during busy times.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials and advanced facials.
• Provide personalized skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage client appointments and ensure timely service delivery.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere that prioritizes guest satisfaction and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Three years experience providing customized facials.
• Experience in guest services with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
