Sol & Bel is a luxury aesthetics studio in Manhattan, Kansas. We specialize in Lash & Brow Artistry, Sunless Tanning & Skincare & Body Treatments and Body Waxing; we absolutely love what we do! The client’s experience is our number one priority and we continue our education constantly to be able to provide the newest and best services possible in our industry.

We are a super trendy, boutique style spa/studio with a super chill & laid back environment. We love & take aesthetics seriously but also know how to have fun! We are looking to add a team member who has an easy-going but very outgoing personality that’ll fit right in with our culture and add their own creativity and style to our studio. We are super goal-oriented and strive to help one another grow along with our studio as a whole.

We are looking for the perfect new addition to our growing team. This ideal candidate is:

+ a licensed aesthetician (can be a license Cosmo if your niche is solely esthetics)

+ has a specific passion for skin care, lash and brow artistry, sunless tanning and body waxing

+ trendy and stylish

+ very outgoing and outspoken

+ reliable, punctual, teachable, a self-starter, resourceful, team player, detail oriented, has a calm/laid-back demeanor

+ looking to learn and grow with our team and studio

*All new hires will undergo intensive training during a 90 day probationary period at our training hourly rate.

Some of the duties for this ideal client will include (but are not limited to):

+ performing professional facials and body treatments

+ performing lash and brow services including but not limited to brow wax and tints, lash lifts, lash extensions, brow laminations

+ body waxing (using hard wax but mainly sugaring paste – all parts of the body will be waxed)

+ scheduling > answering calls/texts/emails > any client inquiries

+ customer service, troubleshooting, client follow ups

+ maintaining cleanliness of overall studio

+ “chores” (dishes, laundry, bathroom, trash, etc.)

+ sanitizing and disinfecting workstations & tools

+ posting and engaging on studio-owned Instagram accounts

+ retail sales and inventory management (in store and online)

*Bonuses will be dependent on overall work ethic and quality.
