Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and advanced skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough skin assessments and consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans for clients
• Educate clients on skincare products and home care routines
• Recommend services and retail products that support client goals
• Deliver a five-star luxury client experience
• Maintain treatment rooms according to spa standards
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Support spa promotions, memberships, and business growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Active Florida Esthetician License or Facial Specialist License
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin health, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Highly motivated with a growth and business mindset
