Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including body waxing, lash and brow treatments, clinical and non clinical facials with precision and care
• Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments based on individual skin types and concerns
• Conduct skin analysis using professional techniques to determine appropriate services and product recommendations
• Maintain proper sanitation standards by adhering to infection control protocols and proper sanitation procedures for all tools and equipment
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to maximize results and satisfaction
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and treatments to enhance client results and meet sales goals

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Esthetician in accordance with state or local regulations
• Proven experience in performing esthetic services such as body waxing, lash and brow treatments, skincare and facials
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, infection control, and safety standards within a spa or clinic setting
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients
• Familiarity with cosmetology principles including color theory and makeup application
• Ability to operate vagaro for appointment scheduling and client records
