Licensed Esthetician

Title: Part-Time Licensed Esthetician (Medspa)

Location: Farmers Branch, TX

Role Overview: Soul Glow Medspa is seeking a skilled, "plug-and-play" Esthetician to join our team. We do not offer training; we are looking for a professional who can deliver high-quality clinical results from day one. You are a revenue partner, incentivized by a tiered commission structure that rewards high performance.

Pay Structure: Base hourly salary range $17-19/hour. Secondary revenue tier commission structure of 10, 15 and 20% based on generated total net revenue. Combined salary structure is approximately $20-35/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality facials and medspa services with technical precision.

Experience working with Circadia products preferable.

Drive net revenue through expert service delivery and retail product recommendations.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to all safety/licensing protocols.

Support the front desk when necessary; earn a $10 bonus for non-facial bookings successfully closed.

Qualifications:

Current Texas Esthetician License (minimum 1 year of active practice).

Previous medspa or professional esthetician experience required.

Laser license and/or Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Must be comfortable explaining services, pricing, and collecting deposits.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
