Licensed Esthetician

The Spa at The Herrington Inn, Geneva, Illinois

Seeking experienced licensed Estheticians. We offer a beautiful working environment, upscale spa menu, and the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team. In addition, our compensation for qualified candidates is second to none in our area!

Requirements: You have a current State of Illinois license in Esthetics + 2 years experience.

A willingness to learn signature skin and body treatments specific to our location, including protocols for Skinceuticals and Green Envee skincare services.

You have a flexible schedule and are available days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. We are a hotel Spa and we operate to serve our guests at their convenience, and this flexibility in schedule is essential for us to accomplish that goal.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate average: $70-$90+, based on total of commission + gratuity + hourly pay listed below.

Commission of service: 25%, with a potential increase after 90 days, based on performance.

Commission on your retail sales: 10%

Suggested Gratuity: 20%

Guaranteed Hourly: $8.40

Plus paid training!

Schedule:

Weekday and weekend shifts available.

Availability to work weekends is a requirement – at least one Saturday and/or Sunday shift per week.
