Licensed Esthetician / Cryotherapy & Body Contouring Specialist Qualifications

• Current Esthetician License required

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations and perform Cryoskin treatments, including CryoSlimming, CryoToning, and CryoFacials (training provided)
• Build, nurture, and maintain your own client base through exceptional service and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, treatment notes, and progress tracking
• Take and manage client before-and-after photos and measurements before services
• Educate clients on treatment plans, wellness devices, and products that support their goals and enhance results
• Recommend and sell esthetic services, memberships, packages, and retail products
• Cross-promote additional wellness and body contouring services when appropriate
• Ensure all treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are properly cleaned, sanitized, and maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with daily spa operations, including:
• Greeting and checking in clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Processing payments through the point-of-sale system
• Answering phones, texts, and client inquiries
• Supporting wellness equipment operations as needed
• Light cleaning and maintaining a welcoming environment
• Help generate client reviews, referrals, and repeat business through outstanding customer care
