We are seeking a passionate, professional, and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team and deliver outstanding skincare experiences.

Position Summary

The Aesthetician will provide customized skincare treatments, educate clients on proper skincare routines, and help create a relaxing, results-driven spa experience. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about skincare, committed to client satisfaction, and motivated to build long-term client relationships through exceptional service. Estheticians commonly perform consultations, facials, exfoliation treatments, chemical peels, hair removal services, and recommend home-care products.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facials and customized skincare treatments
• Conduct thorough client consultations and skin analyses
• Recommend treatment plans and appropriate home-care products
• Perform services such as chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, facial waxing, and other skincare treatments within scope of licensure
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
• Ensure treatment rooms, tools, and equipment meet all sanitation and safety standards
• Educate clients on skincare regimens, wellness practices, and treatment expectations
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the Unison Spa team to create a welcoming and professional environment

Qualifications

• Current Florida Esthetician/Facial Specialist License
• Previous spa, salon, or medical spa experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and treatment protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Self-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals
• Sales and retail experience is a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
