Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion to enhance clients’ skin health and appearance
• Administer advanced Light Therapy treatments with precision and care
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and treatment benefits; upsell retail products effectively to support their beauty goals
• Ensure all treatments adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols to maintain a clean, hygienic environment
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including guest services, answering inquiries, and managing social media accounts for marketing purposes

Skills

• Valid Esthetician license
• Strong management skills to coordinate appointments, retail sales, and client follow-ups efficiently
• Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about treatments and skincare routines
• Knowledge of social media management for promoting services and engaging with clients online
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed
• Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty and satisfaction

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
