What you’ll do

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, lasers, dermabrasion, and chemical peels tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently.
• Engage in product demonstrations and retail sales to educate clients on skincare products that complement their treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team members on social media management strategies to promote services and engage with our community online.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology, makeup application, and hair styling techniques to continually enhance your skill set.

Basic qualifications

• Valid esthetician license or certification as required by state regulations.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a med spa setting or similar environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with skincare
• A background in hospitality or guest services that enhances the client experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
