• Perform professional skincare treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other esthetic services within your scope of practice.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Educate clients on skincare products and home care regimens.
• Maintain accurate treatment documentation and client records.
• Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Promote services and participate in practice growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current Arkansas Esthetician License in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of esthetics experience preferred.
• Established client base strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of advanced skincare treatments and medical spa services.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
