What You’ll Do
We provide full training. No prior financial experience required.
You will learn to:
Meet with clients via Zoom to understand goals and develop personalized financial strategies
Offer insurance-based solutions (life, health, retirement, long-term care)
If securities-licensed: support clients with investment strategies
Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
Use modern digital tools to manage cases, client files, and product solutions
Implement strategies in areas such as protection planning, debt management, cash flow analysis, and asset growth
Daily activities may include:
Scheduling virtual consultations
Creating strategies to help clients meet their financial goals
Attending twice-weekly training on products + business development
Following up with clients and submitting applications

Qualifications
O'ahu Licensed Agents (Priority):
Active Life & Health insurance license in your state
Securities licenses (6, 7, 63, 65, or 66) are a plus but not required
Experience in insurance, finance, coaching, teaching, or sales is helpful, not required
Unlicensed Applicants (Welcome):
Willing to obtain Life/Health license with our guidance
Ability to pass a background check

Bonus: Compensation
This is a commission-based role with no income ceiling.
Average income for Years 1–3: $50,570–$88,880
High performers and multi-license agents: six figures+
