Licensed Financial Professional (Remote | Flexible Schedule)

Ascent Capital is a rapidly growing nationwide financial services firm seeking motivated professionals who want to help individuals, families, and business owners achieve long-term financial security while building a rewarding career in financial services.

Whether you're already licensed or willing to become licensed, you'll receive training, mentorship, and support from experienced professionals as you grow your practice.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients virtually and/or in person to assess financial goals and needs
• Educate clients on financial planning, retirement planning, wealth protection, estate planning, and life insurance solutions
• Develop customized recommendations based on each client's objectives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative approach
• Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
• Utilize company-provided systems and tools to deliver a high-quality client experience

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old (federally required)
• Must live in the U.S. and be eligible to work here
• Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
• Must be willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (we provide guidance and support through the process if not licensed already)

Compensation

Compensation is performance-based and varies based on production, activity level, and experience.
