Licensed Insurance Agent

Job Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations and closes sales.
• Process customer policy change requests.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Generating insurance quotes. · Provide exceptional customer service. Job Requirements ·
• Willing to obtain Property and Casualty license upon 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• A property & casualty license is preferred but will train a good individual.
• 1 Year Prior Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Must be highly self-motivated.

We have plenty of hot leads and a huge database, along with a great system in place that allows you to succeed in this role!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
