Job Overview

We’re seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to identify their insurance needs, provide tailored coverage solutions, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow their career in a supportive, fast-paced agency setting.

Leads will be provided — allowing you to focus on what you do best: helping clients and closing business.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Prepare and present policy proposals with clarity and professionalism.
  • Manage renewals, policy changes, and client inquiries in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
  • Collaborate with team members and carriers to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records in our management system.
  • Stay informed on carrier guidelines, underwriting updates, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an independent insurance agency preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines products (auto, home, recreational, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.
