Are you a compassionate, licensed psychotherapist ready to make a meaningful impact in post-acute and long-term care settings? Exceptional Care Services (ECS) is seeking dedicated LCSWs, LMHCs, and LPCCs to join our growing behavioral health team.
As part of ECS, you’ll work alongside a collaborative network of psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Whether you're facilitating therapy sessions on-site or via telemedicine, your work will help shape recovery journeys and improve lives.
- Provide individual and group therapy to patients with behavioral health and substance use challenges.
- Develop and manage treatment and recovery plans from intake to discharge.
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Support caregivers in managing addiction-related behaviors.
- Deliver services both in-person and via telehealth across ECS partner facilities.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active licensure as LISW, LPCC, or LMFT.
- Experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
