Licensed Massage Therapist-Downtown Sarasota Spa (Under New Management)

Job Overview
Blue Aloe Day Spa is currently seeking Licensed Massage Therapists to join our growing team in beautiful Downtown Sarasota’s Historic Village.

With new leadership and a renewed focus on team culture and client experience, BlueAloe is entering an exciting new chapter. We are expanding our massage team and looking for therapists who are passionate about wellness and delivering exceptional service.

Dual-licensed Massage Therapist / Estheticians are a plus but not required.

Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available.

Compensation

Commission-Based Position (1099 Independent Contractor)

• $40 per 60-minute massage service

• $5 commission for each enhancement added

Example:

Client books hot stones and aromatherapy

$40 base + $10 enhancements = $50 total for a 60-minute service

Prorated pay for 90-minute and 2-hour services.
