** TITLE: Licensed Pharmacy Technician

** LOCATION: Onsite Role | Client Location: 845 Regent Blvd Irving TX 75063

** DURATION: 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension

** WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM (8-hour shift + 30-min lunch)

Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT:

• Must have: Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License & and Previous pharmacy experience of at least 6 months

About the Role:

We’re looking for a licensed Pharmacy Technician with strong attention to detail and a passion for helping patients. In this role, you’ll assist pharmacists with prescription data entry, refill processing, and insurance verification — all while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service.

You’ll start onsite for hands-on training, working closely with experienced pharmacy professionals before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process new and refill prescriptions accurately in the pharmacy system.
• Verify eligibility, insurance, and third-party claims.
• Confirm patient and prescriber information, calculate dosages, and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Support daily pharmacy operations — including documentation, shipment coordination, and communication with providers.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold HIPAA and pharmacy compliance standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and attendance goals consistently.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License — must be valid for at least 90 days beyond the start date.
• At least 6 months of prior pharmacy experience (retail, hospital, or mail order).
• Reliable transportation and ability to work onsite 5 days/week during training.
• Availability during standard business hours (8 AM–6 PM).
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
