Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Must have a valid PTA License through the State of Michigan.

**Duties:**

- Implement treatment plans developed by the physical therapist

- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and activities

- Monitor and document patient progress

- Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs

- Collaborate with the physical therapist to modify treatment plans as needed

**Requirements:**

- Certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant

- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or clinic settings

- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology

- Familiarity with medical terminology

- Ability to work with diverse patient populations, including geriatrics

- Knowledge of occupational health practices
