About the Job

Genesis West Region is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide quality patient care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. In this role, you will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents' vital signs and overall condition

• Provide wound care and basic nursing procedures

• Assist with care plan implementation

• Document patient care accurately and timely

• Communicate changes in resident condition to supervising RN

• Support admissions, transfers, and discharge processes

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $34.13/hr
Estimated Pay: Based on scheduled shift hours

Experience Needed

PRN (As-needed basis, flexible shifts)

Documents Required

• Active LPN/LVN license in New Mexico

• BLS Certification

• Updated Resume

• Professional References (at least two)

• COVID Vaccination Card
