Position Type: Contract

Pay rate: $33/hr on W2

Duration: 13 Weeks

Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM

Meal Break: 30 Minutes

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a long-term care center. The LPN will provide direct patient care, monitor residents health conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document patient conditions

Assist with care planning and implementation

Provide compassionate care to long-term care residents

Communicate effectively with physicians, RNs, CNAs, residents, and families

Requirements

Active LPN License (NC)

Current BLS/CPR Certification

Prior long-term care experience preferred

Ability to work rotating 12-hour night shift
