Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Communication Center (Transfer Line)
Department: Call Center - Transfer Center
Location: Riedman Campus
Hours Per Week: Full-Time - Hybrid Option upon Completion of Orientation (40 hours per week)
Schedule:
Coverage 7 days per week, including holidays
Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation

SUMMARY: As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you are key in the success of operations and compassionate patient care every day.
We are seeking an experienced LPN to support ED inbound calls and cardiology front-end workflows in a fast-paced, phone-based clinical role. This position is ideal for nurses with a strong acute care background who enjoy care coordination and clinical communication without the physical demands of bedside care.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle ED inbound calls through a designated, centralized line.
Support cardiology front-end workflows and other tasks.
Work within a streamlined workflow designed for efficiency and clarity.
