Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

We provide culturally competent, trauma-informed therapy services tailored to the unique experiences of Black women, as well as support for young adults, and professionals seeking clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that are compassionate, and motivated therapist to join our growing practice. You will provide recovery-oriented rehabilitation services in group or individual settings. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, values excellence, and is passionate about helping clients experience transformation in their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy sessions (virtual only)
• Provide prevention-oriented therapy
• Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Implement and review treatment plans
• Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
• Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
• Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing board guidelines

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed in the state of NC and SC (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active and unrestricted license
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with community mental health resources
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong leadership qualities

Pay: $70.00 per hour

Work Location: Remote
