Billet Health is seeking a compassionate and experienced Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Home Health team.

Our dedicated and hardworking staff proudly serves patients throughout Arizona, Nevada, and California, providing compassionate care and building trusted relationships that support a strong continuum of care.

We are looking for a motivated professional who is passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve quality of life, and maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes.

Position Summary

The Registered Physical Therapist (PT) provides physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence. Services are delivered in accordance with physician orders and individualized plans of care under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager.

This is a full-time traveling position serving patients across the tri-state region (Arizona, Nevada, and California). The ideal candidate must be comfortable traveling within the assigned territory while maintaining a high standard of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility training
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Travel to patient residences across assigned territories as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)
• Active Physical Therapist License in Arizona, Nevada, and California (Tri-State Licensure Required)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Valid Auto Insurance
• CPR or BLS Certification
• Valid TB Test (skin test within the last year or chest X-ray within the last five years)
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona)
• Home Health experience preferred

Compensation

• Salary: $150,000 per year
