In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical thought leader and interdisciplinary partner, helping teams deliver individualized, integrated care that promotes safety, growth, and meaningful outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Clinical Consultation
- Lead complex case conceptualization, integrating mental health, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental factors
- Conduct risk assessments and guide development of IEP goals, accommodations, and intervention strategies
- Provide trauma-informed, neuropsychological insight to support staff and enhance student care
Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Partner with educators, BCBAs, therapists, and families to design cohesive, student-centered supports
- Support psychopharmacology coordination and interpretation of behavioral and emotional data
- Contribute to curriculum and behavioral planning aligned with students’ cognitive and social-emotional needs
Crisis Support & Care Coordination
- Assess and respond to student crises, including risk of harm and need for higher levels of care
- Guide teams through hospitalization, reintegration, and post-crisis planning
- Support clinical documentation and interagency communication
Supervision, Training & Leadership
- Supervise interns and fellows within the APA-accredited training program
- Lead staff development on social-emotional, trauma-informed, and classroom strategies
- Contribute to research, peer review, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
What You Bring:- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical, School, or Counseling Psychology
- Active Massachusetts licensure as a Licensed Psychologist
- Experience with brain injury, neurobehavioral disorders, and/or mental health needs
- Expertise in behavioral assessment and intervention
- Strong collaboration skills in interdisciplinary, ABA-informed settings

- Compensation: $110,000-$120,000
