Responsibilities:

• Represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions with professionalism and integrity
• Prospect daily to generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
• Conduct comparative market analysis to determine property values
• Market properties using MLS, digital advertising, social media, open houses, and networking strategies
• Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and closing terms on behalf of clients
• Deliver an exceptional client experience that generates referrals and repeat business
• Collaborate with leadership, coaching resources, and fellow agents to continuously improve performance

Requirements:

• Active real estate license in North Carolina
• Previous sales or client service experience preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
