Operations

• In accordance with the E&A 10/20 Protection Standard, provide guest surveillance at pool areas and rescue guests in distress

• Dispatch guests on slides in accordance with procedures

• Enforce safety rules

• Provide first aid and emergency care

• Provide warm and friendly guest service

Training

• Maintain skills and knowledge at test-ready levels

• Maintain lifeguard license and slide dispatch certification

•
