Job Description:

The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests using the swimming pool and/or beach facilities. This role involves monitoring activities, preventing accidents, and responding quickly and effectively to emergencies while maintaining a high level of guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool and/or beach areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
Enforce safety rules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.
Respond immediately to emergencies, providing rescue assistance and first aid/CPR when required.
Conduct regular inspections of the pool, beach, and surrounding areas to identify and address potential hazards.
Ensure lifesaving equipment is in good condition and readily available.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide a welcoming and helpful presence.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of poolside/beach areas.
Record and report any incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions.
Support emergency procedures and evacuation drills when necessary.
Coordinate with security and management in case of incidents.
