Lifeguard (Luxury Hospitality)

We are seeking a Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests at a luxury hotel and resort property. This role is responsible for monitoring swimming areas, preventing accidents, and providing emergency response as needed, all while delivering excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools, beaches, or other water facilities to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations consistently.
• Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or accidents.
• Perform rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool areas and equipment.
• Educate guests on water safety practices.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of poolside areas.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest safety and experience.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Lifeguard within luxury 5 Star hotels or resorts in the GCC.
• Certificate of Lifeguard.
• CPR and First Aid Certificate.
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergencies.
• Knowledge of water safety regulations and procedures.
