Lifeguard Services (AMC) 2026

• No. of Uniformed Male Lifeguard required - 1 no.
• Timing of duty to suit the needs of the residents and to be agreed with the management. 12 hour shift with 1 hour rest break. (9AM-9PM) 7 DAYS/WEEK

Project Requirements

• Proven work experience as a lifeguard or relevant position
• Completion of lifeguard training
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Excellent knowledge of pool safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Good spoken English. Arabic speakers are an advantage. Integrity and professionalism.
• Physically fit, strong, agile and dexterous.
• Polite and well mannered.

Scope of Work

• Overseeing activities at pool facility
• Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of patrons
• Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger
• Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations
• Maintaining order in swimming areas
• Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
• Performing first aid procedures
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of all areas
• Testing swimming pool water pH levels to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including regular monitoring and recording
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, surveillance activities, and interviewing witnesses
• Informing FM of any requirements for emergency call outs
• Assisting residents with special needs

The vendor should submit a fully detailed proposal outlining the total annual cost for twelve (12) months of service, following a site visit to ensure that the full scope of work and access conditions are clearly understood
