- Timing of duty to suit the needs of the residents and to be agreed with the management. 12 hour shift with 1 hour rest break. (9AM-9PM) 7 DAYS/WEEK
Project Requirements
- Proven work experience as a lifeguard or relevant position
- Completion of lifeguard training
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Excellent knowledge of pool safety and security procedures/protocols
- Surveillance skills and detail orientation
- Good spoken English. Arabic speakers are an advantage. Integrity and professionalism.
- Physically fit, strong, agile and dexterous.
- Polite and well mannered.
Scope of Work
- Overseeing activities at pool facility
- Explaining and enforcing rules, regulations and policies to ensure safety of patrons
- Monitoring designated areas to recognize signs of danger
- Warning swimmers regarding unsafe situations
- Maintaining order in swimming areas
- Responding to emergencies and rescuing swimmers in danger of drowning
- Performing first aid procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of all areas
- Testing swimming pool water pH levels to ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including regular monitoring and recording
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, surveillance activities, and interviewing witnesses
- Informing FM of any requirements for emergency call outs
- Assisting residents with special needs
The vendor should submit a fully detailed proposal outlining the total annual cost for twelve (12) months of service, following a site visit to ensure that the full scope of work and access conditions are clearly understood
