Lift Operator and Maintenance Technician

We are looking for Lift Operator & Maintenance Technician for one of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular checks on lift systems, including control units, door operations, safety sensors, ropes, and braking mechanisms to ensure reliable and secure performance.
• Execute preventive maintenance following manufacturer guidelines, such as lubrication, fine-tuning, and calibration of lift components to minimize downtime.
• Keep lift cabins, door tracks, and control panels clean and free from debris; ensure machine rooms are organized and maintained in a safe condition.
• Monitor lift operations throughout the day, promptly addressing minor faults and reporting major issues to the supervisor or service provider.
• Assist in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems and perform basic repairs when required.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and any incidents or faults detected.
• Coordinate with facility management for scheduling servicing, safety audits, and compliance inspections.
• Ensure all safety protocols, emergency procedures, and operational standards are strictly followed.
• Guide passengers during emergencies, such as lift stoppage, and take immediate action to secure the area and inform relevant personnel.

Requirements:

• D.A.E In Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field.
• Experience in lift operation or maintenance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems and safety practices.

Salary: Up To 60k

Location: Karachi

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
