Maintenance Executive (Port Qasim)

Sunridge Foods Pvt Ltd, one of the leading Food Industry in FMCG sector. We are currently recruiting for “Maintenance Executive” for our office located at Port Qasim, Karachi.

An incumbent will be performing the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all flour mill equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and address potential issues proactively.
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and documentation for audits.
• Respond swiftly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Diagnose root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams during maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of machines.
• Track wear and tear of critical components and manage spare parts inventory.
• Support electrical maintenance of motors, drives (VFDs), and PLC systems.

In order to flourish and further develop in this role, you must have,

Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering.

Experience/Skills: 3–5 years in maintenance of Swiss Flour Mill or FMCG Industry.

• SAP handling and knowledge would be the added advantage.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering installations, maintenance, repairs, and up gradation.
• Vast expertise over Welding, Lathe Machine operation, Fabrication, troubleshooting, Supervising.
• Strong knowledge of industrial & mechanical equipment.
