Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified and safety-focused Lifting Supervisor to manage and oversee lifting operations at our project sites. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in lifting equipment, accessories, rigging procedures, and will ensure full compliance with UAE safety regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all lifting activities on-site and ensure safe execution of operations.
• Verify lifting plans and ensure proper rigging techniques and procedures are followed.
• Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to confirm certification and readiness.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site management.
• Maintain proper documentation, daily reports, and incident logs.
• Enforce safety protocols and intervene when unsafe practices are observed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor certification approved by a third party in the UAE.
• LEEA-approved certification is preferred and will be given priority.
• Strong knowledge of cranes, rigging practices, and lifting safety procedures.
• Familiarity with local authority requirements is mandatory.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
