Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lifting Supervisor with strong knowledge of lifting operations, lifting equipment and accessories, and third-party inspection compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safe execution of lifting activities on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all lifting operations on-site and ensure they are carried out in accordance with safety regulations.
• Inspect lifting equipment and accessories to verify proper certification and third-party approvals.
• Prepare lifting plans and risk assessments in coordination with the engineering and HSE teams.
• Ensure all lifting personnel, including riggers and crane operators, are competent and certified.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting activities.
• Monitor site conditions and take corrective actions to prevent incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of all lifting operations and equipment inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lifting Supervisor in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of lifting equipment, accessories, and third-party inspection requirements.
• Valid Lifting Supervisor certificate from a recognized body.
• Familiar with local and international lifting standards and regulations.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of site safety and hazard control during lifting operations.
