  • Welcome and assist members and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage front desk operations, including client onboarding and daily inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of memberships, renewals, and payments.

  • Schedule and coordinate group classes and personal training sessions.

  • Support marketing activities, client communication, and internal coordination.

  • Prepare and maintain administrative reports, attendance logs, and lead trackers.

  • Coordinate between trainers, physiotherapists, and management for smooth operations.

  • Ensure the reception and lobby areas are organized and maintained to company standards.
