Lifting Supervisor (Oil and Gas)

Minimum 5 years of experience as lifting Supervisor.
Certified Lifting Supervisor
Strong experience in preparing lifting plans (risk assessment, method statements)
Ability to draw lifting plans using AutoCAD / lifting software
Knowledge of load charts, crane capacity, and rigging practices
Experience in industrial / oil & gas projects preferred
Knowledge of PTW and site safety procedures

Responsibilities:

Prepare and approve lifting plans for routine and critical lifts
Coordinate with crane operators and riggers
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and standards
Conduct toolbox talks related to lifting activities
Supervise lifting operations and ensure safe execution
