About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and business-driven Light & Medium Line Sales Manager to lead and strengthen Iveco’s commercial vehicle sales operations in Türkiye. This strategic role is responsible for driving market growth through effective dealer network management, market analysis, and implementation of Iveco’s business strategies across the country.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Turkey’s sales and distribution activities through the dealer network in line with Iveco’s strategic objectives.
  • Define annual sales targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure achievement of business and profitability goals.
  • Develop and execute market and product-based strategies to strengthen Iveco’s position in the commercial vehicle segment.
  • Manage dealer relationships and performance, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
  • Oversee public and key account sales planning, campaign management, and order planning activities.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and niche markets.
  • Maintain close relationships with key customers, bodybuilders, and other strategic stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the commercial vehicle industry, including solid management experience.
  • Proven success in sales leadership, dealer network management, and business development.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English; Italian is an asset.
  • Strong self-management, time management, and customer-oriented mindset.
