Vehicle Inspection and Reporting

• Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections: Check exterior parts, tires, glass, and wipers; verify the vehicle is in good running order before departure.
• Reporting Issues: Promptly report any maintenance needs, defects, accidents, or incidents to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
• Safety Checks: Perform necessary health and safety checks to ensure the vehicle is safe and legally compliant.

Maintenance and Cleanliness

• Basic Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks like refueling and cleaning the vehicle's exterior and interior.
• Hygiene: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness inside and outside the vehicle, including floors and seats.
• Logistics: Requisition and receive necessary supplies such as petrol, diesel, and spare parts.

Record Keeping

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and completed maintenance.
• Log Entries: Complete required returns and logs as specified by management.

Compliance and Safety

• Adherence to Laws: Ensure all driving is done in compliance with traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with and adhere to emergency procedures and accident protocols.
• Vehicle Documents: Keep all required vehicle documents, like licenses and insurance, up to date.
