Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, technically skilled Lighting Designer who can also drive sales. The role combines lighting concept and technical design with client-facing commercial activities to secure projects and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Design

• Develop conceptual and detailed lighting designs for interior and exterior projects.
• Produce lighting layouts, fixture schedules, specification documents and photometric studies.
• Prepare visualizations, renderings and mockups to communicate design intent.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP engineers and suppliers.
• Provide technical support during procurement, installation, commissioning and site visits.

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients and project leads.
• Manage client meetings, presentations and proposals; prepare commercial offers and quotations.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors and suppliers.
• Support product selection, pricing strategy and negotiation to close sales.
• Follow up on leads generated via the website, referrals and networking; track sales pipeline and targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree/diploma in Lighting Design, Architectural Lighting, Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in lighting design for residential, hospitality or commercial projects.
• Demonstrable sales or business development experience in lighting, fixtures or related building products preferred.
• Proficiency with DIALux, Relux, AGi32 or equivalent; strong CAD/Revit skills.
• Good knowledge of fixtures, LED technology, lighting controls and photometry.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and client‑relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, confident in client-facing situations.
• Portfolio demonstrating design range and commercial successes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
