Line Cook

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include preparing food items according to recipes, stocking the kitchen with supplies, and cleaning and organizing the kitchen. The successful candidate must be able to work well with others and have a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and shredding.
• Cook food according to recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers.
• Work with the head chef to create new recipes and menus.
• Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
