Link Builder & SEO Manager

We are a fast-growing digital marketing and SEO solutions company helping businesses improve their online visibility and drive measurable growth. We are now seeking a highly motivated and skilled Link Builder & SEO Manager to join our team and take ownership of our off-page SEO strategy, link acquisition campaigns, and overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks.
• Manage and monitor SEO campaigns (on-page and off-page) to improve rankings and organic traffic.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new link opportunities.
• Build relationships with bloggers, webmasters, and industry influencers for guest posting and outreach.
• Ensure backlink profile is diverse, authoritative, and aligned with SEO best practices.
• Perform regular SEO audits to identify opportunities and risks.
• Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO tools, and link-building trends.
• Collaborate with the content team to optimize and align link-building campaigns with content strategy.
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Google Search Console.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Link Builder, SEO Specialist, or SEO Manager.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and link-building best practices.
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.).
• Excellent communication and outreach skills for building strong online relationships.
• Ability to create and manage outreach campaigns (email, guest posts, PR links).
• Knowledge of content marketing and technical SEO is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
