LinkedIn B2B Lead Generation & Sales Outreach Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a LinkedIn B2B Lead Generation & Sales Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic marketing and sales team.

This role focuses on identifying, connecting, and nurturing potential B2B clients using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and email marketing tools, then passing qualified leads to our sales team via Odoo CRM.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of organic LinkedIn prospecting, email campaign management, and data-driven lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential B2B clients in Saudi Arabia and GCC markets.
  • Generate verified leads using Apollo.io, Hunter.io, and related tools.
  • Conduct email outreach campaigns (via Lemlist, Instantly, etc.) for lead nurturing.
  • Manage and update lead records in Odoo CRM and ensure all data is properly tracked.
  • Qualify and forward warm leads to the sales agents for follow-up and closure.
  • Research industries and companies to identify high-potential business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging and targeting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn B2B lead generation and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and Hunter.io.
  • Understanding of email campaign automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Odoo CRM or similar systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and research abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
