We are looking for a LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert with proven experience in identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B clients through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outreach campaigns, and building strong professional connections to support the company’s sales and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with target clients on LinkedIn using strategic search and filtering.
  • Generate qualified B2B leads through personalized outreach and consistent follow-ups.
  • Develop and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns aligned with company goals.
  • Create engaging messages and connection requests to attract potential clients.
  • Manage and maintain leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture leads and convert them into opportunities.
  • Research target industries, key decision-makers, and trends to refine outreach strategies.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead generation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in LinkedIn lead generation or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent English communication and writing skills.
  • Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and meet monthly targets.
  • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven.
